In film vocabulary, “hot” dance numbers and Padma Khanna are synonymous – everybody likes her dances, except Padma herself (that’s what she says anyway). After the “Johny” number producers want her to strip more and more, and poor Padma has willy nilly to do it. The dusky actress had pinned her hopes on films like the forthcoming “Soudagar”, in which she has to do some acting too – June, 1973
