Even after listening to this qawwali and watching the entire sequence of its filming repeatedly, neither Noor Jehan's voice is heard nor her face is seen in any scene, even though Noor Jehan's name is included among the singers of this song on the gramophone record. The name of the poet 'Nakhshab' is mentioned in the last lines of this qawwali ( ...bimar-e-mohabbat ae Nakhshab ...).
