Based on 'Mahaprashthaner Pathe' written by Prabodh Kumar Sanyal, for which a Bengali version film of the same name 'Mahaprashthaner Pathe' was made in 1952. Apart from the jacket of the long-play record issued for the film's songs, the record label also carries the name of the film's Bengali version (Mahaprashthaner Pathe) and all other information in Bengali, while playing the record yields the Hindi film's songs.
