I have seen the film and I can tell you 100% that Zeenat Begum (on Begum Para), G M Durrani (on Prem Adib and a dancer man), Sitara Devi (on herself) and Manju (on Balakram, a little boy)are the only singers. I also have mp3s of all the great melodies of the film, and Manju made a great young voice, for children. Her voice sounds as if it is quite influenced by Amirbai Ji.
